DELIVERY

1. General Information

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine.

All orders are sent for dispatch after payment confirmation and/or approval of the layout (for custom products).

We cooperate with reliable delivery services:

Delivery times depend on the type of order:

Ready products: 1–3 business days for dispatch + delivery by carrier
Custom orders (badges, magnets, printing, personalization): 2–7 business days for production + delivery by carrier

The actual delivery time depends on the performance of the chosen delivery service.

The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer according to the rates of the chosen carrier.

The estimated cost may be provided during the order checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

All orders are processed after payment confirmation or agreement on order details (for custom products).

After the order is handed over to the delivery service, the carrier is responsible for the delivery times.
The Buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt.
In case of damage to the goods, it is necessary to immediately draw up a report together with the carrier.

The possibility of international delivery is considered individually upon the client's request.
