1. General Provisions

1.1. Online store - a websitehttps://kikamade.com, intended for the sale and manufacture of goods online.

1.2. Seller - a business entity that sells goods through the KIKAMADE website.

1.3. Buyer - an individual or legal entity that places an order on the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to manufacture and deliver the goods, while the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.

2.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed on the website and confirmed by the Seller.

2.3.The production of the goods begins after the layout is agreed upon or the order is confirmed by the Buyer.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer places an order through the website or other communication channels.

3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of incorrect data.

3.3. To place an order, the Buyer provides the necessary contact details and delivery information.

3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and the provided content (images, texts, logos).

3.5.After the layout is confirmed or production is launched, changes or cancellations of the order are not possible.

4. Price and Delivery

4.1. Prices are indicated on the website in hryvnias.

4.2. The Seller may change prices without prior notice, but this does not apply to already paid orders.

4.3. Delivery is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates.

4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer to the carrier or receipt of the order.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. Продавець зобов’язаний:

  • to fulfill the order in accordance with the terms
  • to ensure data confidentiality

The Buyer is obliged to:

  • provide accurate data
  • familiarize themselves with the terms before placing an order

6. Return of goods

6.1. Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if they have not been used and the commercial appearance is preserved.

6.2.Goods made to individual order (badges, magnets, openers, notebooks, personalized printing) are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6.3. In case of defects or errors on the part of the Seller, the goods are subject to replacement or refund after confirmation.

6.4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the improper use of the goods.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for errors made by the Buyer when placing an order or providing materials.

7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the use of provided images and compliance with copyright.

7.4. The parties are exempt from liability in case of force majeure.

8. Personal data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8.2. The data is used for:

  • order processing
  • delivery
  • communicating with the client

8.3. The data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases necessary for fulfilling the order.

9. Other Terms

9.1. The contract is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court.

9.3. The seller has the right to change the terms of the offer by publishing updates on the website.
