  7. An order is considered accepted after confirmation by the seller.

    • or by transfer to an account / IBAN

    10. The order is processed after payment confirmation.

    4. Delivery

    Delivery is carried out within Ukraine through:

    • Nova Poshta
    • Ukrposhta
    • Meest Express

    11. Delivery times and costs depend on the delivery service and type of product.

    5. Returns and Exchanges

    Custom-made products (badges, magnets, personalized products) are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

    In case of defects, the buyer has the right to a replacement or refund.

    6. Liability

    After the order is handed over to the delivery service, the carrier is responsible for delivery times.
