Exchange and Returns

The KIKAMADE team creates each order individually and with attention to detail. We value our customers and are always ready to consider any questions, comments, or suggestions.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us through the feedback form on the website or write to us via email. We will definitely review the situation and offer a possible solution.

When returning and exchanging goods, we follow the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection.

Exchanges or returns are possible in the following cases:

  • manufacturing defects of the product (damage, material defects, or assembly issues);
  • receiving a product that does not match the agreed order;
  • errors on our part during production (wrong design, size, text, or other agreed parameters).

In such cases, the buyer must notify us within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product and provide photographs to confirm the issue.

Exchanges or returns are not possible in the following cases:

If the product was made to order

According to the legislation of Ukraine, products made to the individual order of the buyer are not subject to return or exchange if they are of satisfactory quality.

Such products include:

  • badges with custom images;
  • magnets with custom designs;
  • bottle openers with custom designs;
  • notebooks and other printed products made to order;
  • any items with personalized inscriptions, photographs, or logos.

If the buyer changed their mind after production

Returns or exchanges are not possible if:

  • the need for the product has disappeared after its manufacture;
  • the buyer changed their mind after confirming the layout or order;
  • the buyer made a mistake in the provided data (text, images, sizes, quantity, etc.).

If expectations do not match the result

Before confirming the order, we recommend carefully checking the layouts, texts, and other parameters. If necessary, we can provide additional examples or consultation before starting production.

Important information

Minor differences in color reproduction between the image on the screen and the finished product may occur due to the characteristics of monitors, printing equipment, and materials and are not considered defects.

KIKAMADE reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the situation does not fall under the conditions specified in the "Exchange or Return" section.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The cost of shipping the product for returns or exchanges is paid by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Requests for returns or exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving information and photographs of the product.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation of the product return or acknowledgment of the defect.

Items made to custom order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if they match the agreed layout and have no manufacturing defects.

Please note that the color of the product or print on the screen may slightly differ from the actual product due to the color transmission characteristics of different monitors and devices.

After the layout is approved by the customer, the responsibility for spelling errors, inaccuracies in the text, or other design elements transfers to the customer.
